The Department of Accounting and Finance was carved out of the then Commercial Studies Department in 2006 to offer courses in Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance. The Department currently runs programmes including Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computerized Accounting, Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computerized Accounting (Top-Up), Diploma in Computerized Accounting (DCA) and Diploma in Banking Technology (DBT).
