Oswald Atiga (PhD) has been a leading academic and researcher for the past decade. He has conducted research and published in reputable African and international journals in Logistics Management, Ghana’s public Procurement Law, Procurement Management and Ethics. Dr.Atiga has also published a book entitled “public sector procurement in Ghana volume 1”. Additionally, he lectures in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management related courses not only at the Bolgatanga Technical University school of Business but also in similar courses on part-time basis from the IDL – KNUST and UDS business schools.
