Dr. Chilala Osman is a senior lecturer and Head of the Department of Secretaryship and Management Studies of the School of Business and Management Studies of the Bolgatanga Technical University. Dr. Chilala graduated from Valley View University, Ghana in 2024 with a PhD in Business Administration (Management Option) Dr. Chilala also holds a Masters Of Arts Degree in Social Policy and management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration which was awarded by University of Ghana in 2009.the Dr. Chilala Osman currently has over fifteen research publications with several citations to his credit. Dr. Chilala Osman is a devoted family man, married with three children, and values the support and love of his family in his personal and professional endeavors. As a lecturer at Bolgatanga Technical University, Dr. Chilala Osman has demonstrated his commitment to teaching and mentoring students, sharing his knowledge and expertise to shape the next generation of leaders and professionals. His academic and professional experiences have equipped him with a unique perspective and insight into the complexities of management and organizational dynamics.
